Day 7 at Sara’s Tearooms Homemade Cake Festival – Thursday 8th September

Sara's Homemade CakesThis Thursday is day seven of our 17 Day Homemade Cake Festival, running from now until Sunday 18th September.

During the festival we will have an extended selection of genuine homemade cakes (made by Sara’s herself) for you to enjoy.  Every day we will select one of these cakes to be named ‘Cake of the Day’, which will be available at a special price of £1.00 a slice or piece.

Today’s Cake of the Day is…

Sara’s Homemade Caramel Slice
Just £1.00 each

In addition to the great Homemade Cake, there will also be at least one homemade daily special meal available at £5.00 each, everyday during the event.  See our news page or Specials Board at the Tearooms for details of today’ special.

Sara’s Tearooms Homemade Cake Festival forms our part of the Norfolk Food Festival 2011, designed to raise the awareness and celebrate what is great about local homemade food through a series of events and cookery demonstrations.

Once again Sara’s Tearooms will be open today from 10am until 5pm. Join us in the Pleasure Beach Gardens on South Beach Parade, take a seat, have something nice to eat or drink and enjoy the beautiful seaside views in our Flower Garden or on the Beach Terrace.

Meet Bandit, a 5 year old male American Bulldog.

Bandit looks mean, but he was really just a big (and strong) softy that had a love for Sara’s Homemade Cake.

Don’t forget…all dogs (and their owners) are welcome at Sara’s Tearooms, and on the South Beach which is right on our doorstep (well actually right next to our Beach Terrace).  All we ask is that you clear up any mess that your dog makes…its not nice (we know), but Children (and adults too) like to enjoy a dog mess free area.

Tegan can be seen here posing for the camera, just after getting a nice long back rub from us…she really enjoyed that!  Tegan is welcome back at Sara’s Tearooms any time!
