Happy Halloween from Sara’s Tearooms

We hope that all our customers safely enjoy any Halloween celebrations that take place today. Please make this celebration Safe and Fun for all!

Sara’s Tearooms is now closed for the week, as yesterday saw the final day of our Summer Menu and Opening Hours. Those that visited over the last week enjoyed some fabulous money saving offers available on many of our meals and homemade cakes…with the recent announcement of two further weekends of opening (with an all new Special Homemade Menu with a local twist) the reasons to visit Sara’s Tearooms are set to continue.

A Seaside Homemade Special for Rotarians from both Great Yarmouth and Western Canada

Today, Monday 11th July 2011 saw Rotarians from both near and far visit Sara’s Tearooms for a Genuine Homemade Seaside Food Experience.

As part of an exchange visit Rotarians from Western Canada were guided around the area for the ultimate Seaside Experience by the Great Yarmouth Haven Rotarians and Great Yarmouth Mayor & Mayoress Barry & Mary Coleman. To give them a genuine homemade seaside lunch, they visited Sara’s Tearooms and enjoyed a choice of Today’s Homemade Special, Steak & Real Ale Pie with Hand Cut Skin-on Chips, a seaside favourite of Scampi & Chips or the delicious Homemade Vegetable Lasagne. Aside from some refreshing drinks on a humid day, they also enjoyed Sara’s signature homemade cakes, scones and a delicious homemade mixed fruit crumble.

With their hungers satisfied with some of Great Yarmouth seafronts finest homemade food, they headed off to another landmark location, and one of the areas finest attractions, the Time & Tide museum.

We wish them well for the remainder of their visit, and hope they have lots of fun exploring the beautiful Norfolk area.

Free Cycle Parking for Customers at Sara’s Tearooms

With the on street parking charges now in force on the Great Yarmouth seafront, visitors to Sara’s Tearooms can visit, avoid the charges and get a bit exercise at the same time.

Cycling to the Tearooms, just got that little bit simpler with the launch of our 10 bay cycle parking area. Yes, we love to welcome cyclists at Sara’s Tearooms, thats why yesterday we installed a proper area for you to store your bike in whilst enjoying the Quality Genuine Homemade food on offer.

Just a short while after the cycle racks had been installed, Lewis, Michele and little Daisy Jackson, three local residents from the Great Yarmouth area were looking for a spot of refreshment whilst taking a pleasant and safe ride along the seafront, when they came across Sara’s Tearooms and our new cycle parking bays. Not only did they have a nice ride, but they enjoyed a nice cup of tea and a soft drink too.

With some nice weather forecast for the next few days and hopefully weeks, why not do the same and cycle to Sara’s Tearooms to enjoy our genuine homemade food

Sara’s Tearooms Loyalty Card

As a special thank you to the regular customers of Sara’s Tearooms, Saturday 9th April will see the launch of Sara’s Tearooms Loyalty Card.

Just collect five stamps and you will get £5.00 to spend at Sara’s Tearooms. Get a loyalty stamp everytime you spend £5.00 or more on food or drink.

Sara’s Tearooms Loyalty Cards will be available at the till from Saturday 9th April 2011.
