Sara’s Tearooms Dog of the Day is…

Brampton, a 4 year old Retriever Labrador cross.

Here he is after being very shy of the camera, either that or he was very keen on getting all the fuss from everyone.

Don’t forget…all dogs (and their owners) are welcome at Sara’s Tearooms, and on the South Beach which is right on our doorstep (well actually right next to our Beach Terrace). All we ask is that you clear up any mess that your dog makes…its not nice (we know), but Children (and adults too) like to enjoy a dog mess free area.

Todays Daily Special – A Tasty Homemade Deluxe Burger for £5.80

Today see’s the second of six of the Wednesday night seafront Fireworks displays in Great Yarmouth. As a result Sara’s Tearooms is open late tonight…with our opening times from 9am until 8pm.

HOMEMADE DELUXE BURGER WITH HAND CUT CHIPS
A 1/3lb Homemade Steak Mince Burger topped with a slab of Melted Cheese.

Dog of the Day – Tuesday 2nd August 2011

Doggy of the Day, Allena (aged 1 year) - 2/8/11 — Allena (aged 1 year)

Sara’s Tearooms Dog of the Day is a gorgeous one year old Jack Russell called Allena.

Allena stopped by at Sara’s Tearooms along with two friends and her owners for lunch…she was quite content sitting on her seat with her favorite friend taking all the attention from us.

Sara’s Tearooms Doggy of the Day on Monday 1st August is…

Darcy, a female 6 year old Toy Poodle…

Darcy doesn’t have to do much to look good, and she certainly attracted a lot of attention at Sara’s Tearooms. She liked the fuss we gave her, but she was certainly content just sitting and chilling out by the beach. Good Doggy!

Doggy of the Day, Lilo (aged 4 months) - 31/7/11 — Lots to explore for 4 month old Staffy, Lilo

4 month old Lilo, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy.

Little Lilo is a classic example of a Staffy puppy…excitable, lively & soo lovely that after 5 mins, almost anyone would want one just like her! OK…maybe we are biased…but, Lilo reminds us of our Peg’s (also a Staffy) when she was the same age…full of beans, picks up almost anything she finds on the floor and loves to lick everyone to death.

As Sara’s Tearooms is located at the southern end of Great Yarmouth’s ‘Golden Mile’, finding a parking space on the seafront when you just want to stop by and sample our homemade food can be inconvenient and expensive.

Sara’s Double Roast Sunday – Roast Beef or Chicken with Homemade Yorkshire Pud

Sara’s Tearooms is open from 9am until 6pm today…head for the seaside an enjoy dining with glorious sea views on their Beach Terrace seating area.

This Sunday also see’s the return of the ever popular genuine homemade (no tinned vegetables or bought in Yorkshire pudding’s here) Roast Dinner. However, this week, there is a choice of meats…

ROAST CHICKEN
Slices of Chicken Breast served with stuffing
£5.25 for an Adults Portion or £3.00 for a Childs Portion

ROAST BEEF
Slices of Beef served with a horseradish sauce
£5.75 for an Adults Portion or £3.30 for a Childs Portion

All roasts are served with Sara’s Homemade Yorkshire Pudding, New Potatoes, a selection of Fresh Vegetables and a Rich Gravy.

Meet Lacy, Sara’s Tearooms ‘Doggy of the Day’ for Saturday 30th July 2011

Lacy is a 3 year old ‘Chalkie’ (a Chihuahua Yorkshire Terrier cross).

The world must seem massive to such a small dog, and albeit nervous of us at first, Lacy warmed to us and enjoyed the attention.
